In the alternate universe, Moff is the mayor of Steamburg and also the main antagonist of two part episode, "Steampunks."

Mayor Moff is the uncanny version of original Moff.
Personality[]
At first glance, Mayor Moff is kind-hearted, generous, jovial and gentle mayor, who loves his city and his best friend, Irving, who's an engineer in this city. There is also slightly arrogant side of himself as seen that he likes being praised for dancing very well. However, upon seeing his best friend getting along with Harvey Beaks, he gets increasingly jealous, so much that his heart was consumed with anger.
To get Harvey out of Irving, Moff frames Harvey for being responsible for his city's destruction, unaware to Harvey, it was Moff, who was responsible for such an act.
During Harvey's banishment, he has grown much more strict, firm, selfish, greedy, evil, cruel, ruthless, bitter, tyrannical and power-hungry. Moff even showed the cruel and ruthless side of him by calling all of the Freddbots to destroy Reject Town. He is also very unsympathetic, as seen that he callously disregarded the kids of Reject Town and even sadistically mocked Harvey for his failure.
After Harvey returns to Steamburg and revealed Moff's secret to the entire city, the citizens of this city has lost the faith of him, even Irving who was saddened for his best friend to do such a thing. After Irving scolded Moff for his heinous actions and broke off his friendship with him, Moff has reached the limit.
After losing the trust of his city and his best friend, Moff shows an extremely wrathful version of himself by furiously calling all of the Freddbots to kill Harvey and kick the kids out of his city. Showing the enraged and murderous side of himself, Moff genuinely wishes for Harvey to be killed as seen that he used his Steam sword to kill Harvey, but he only succeeds in slicing some bits of the puck (that was given to Harvey by Irving to fix the mechanism). Moff is also very naive and silly, curiously asking what Harvey did to distract him, and this was proven true when Fee appeared and knocked him out cold. After Harvey save the entire city and the citizens calling him a true hero again, Moff becomes heartbroken, crestfallen and disillusioned, seeing that he completely lost everything: his city, his best friend and etc.

- Mayor Moff is the biggest antagonist of Harvey Beaks TV series.
- It is also revealed that the real Moff is antagonistic towards Harvey because since his best friend Irving now became father, he was so busy with his family that he forgot about his best friend.
- Unlike Mayor Moff, his original counterpart patched things up with Harvey and apologized to him for selfishness.
