Grey DeLisle was born as Erin Grey Van Oosbree on August 24, 1973 in Fort Ord, California, USA. Her impressions earned the attention of a casting director and she was advised to take up voice acting. At this time, she went back to her musical ambitions but also took classes in voice-over. She is now well-known for her voice-over work.
She's known for voicing Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Daphne Blake of Scooby-Doo, Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Vicky from The Fairly OddParents, and Lana, Lola, and Lily from The Loud House.
